Crystal Heinatz - Co-FOUNDER/coach


Crystal has dedicated the past 12 years of her life to helping people improve their health, their performance and the quality of their lives through strength & conditioning and better nutrition & lifestyle habits. While struggling with autoimmune conditions over the past 10 years, Crystal learned how to heal herself and became very passionate about helping others do the same. 

Crystal is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and holds a BSE in Physical Education and a BS Corporate Fitness/Exercise Science from Minot State University. She grew up in the small town of Marble Falls, TX and has also lived in North Dakota and Colorado. She loves traveling, spending time with her Australian Shepherds, being outside, and appreciates a good glass of red wine. When not at the gym you will typically find her on a trail in Austin or at Picnik enjoying a coffee. 


Tom Bold - Co-FOUNDER/coach


Born and raised in London, Tom grew up playing a wide range of sports but eventually focused on rugby where he played a few years professionally before hanging up his boots to pursue a career in the fitness industry.

Tom has since gained over 10 years of experience working with clients and has developed a deep passion for observing the life-changing effects good health can have on a persons life. Tom programs for the gym and draws from a solid understanding of strength and conditioning principles as well as experience with corrective exercise, mobility and movement training.

Outside of the gym Tom loves the outdoors, live music, good food and good company! Tom has been learning guitar from his father for over a year now via Skype. He still sucks.




Stephanie was born along the shores of New Jersey, and grew up on surfing and swimming while also participating in team sports. Her active lifestyle was deeply rooted, but it was not until college that she began her pursuit in fitness.

After furthering her education in health and wellness, Stephanie has spent the last 8 years coaching clients of all levels, incorporating strength and conditioning principles in addition to functional movement concepts. The desire to be strong and confident is what first led Stephanie to fitness training, and she is passionate about sharing her knowledge and experience with others to help them live a life of both mental and physical health.

When not coaching, Stephanie enjoys traveling, painting, and trying out new recipes. She can often be found out on a hike or at the nearest sushi restaurant.
